Hello! I’ve been shooting an incredible amount this first half of the week, and today and Friday are my voicemail & email days this week. I return as many as I can on shooting days between clients, but it’s impossible to get to everything this time of year (busiest!) within 48 hours.

Please note: if you want to schedule an appointment for 2011, please be aware that I’m no longer taking appointments for November after tonight, 11:59pm EST. You can email, speak with me or leave a voicemail before that and I will do my best to work you in, but November will be closed as of September 1, 2011. I’m bending over sideways working clients in, even scheduling on Thanksgiving, so I will not be making any exceptions. I do still have December 1-8 rather open. December 8, 2011, is my last shooting day of 2011. If you have a voucher that expires on January 8th and you missed the booking deadline, please contact me to discuss.

Hi all!  Demand has been HIGH for the Fall season. If you would like to book a session with me before the end of the year, please contact me by this Sunday (August 31st). I expect to fill the rest of my open appointments for the year by Monday, September 1, or even before. After Sunday I can add you to a wait list in the event of a client rescheduling. If you have contacted me in the last couple days by email or phone, do not worry. We had a 3 part system check this week and am now able to respond to voicemails/emails.

PS- thank you to all my clients who have been so understanding of the pickle these voicemail and email tech issues have caused me. Doing a total system check today, and until it’s through I’m off the grid. Will be back online and returning voicemails as early as this evening, as late as tomorrow afternoon.

I’m working through email and voicemail requests to finish booking September and October. The Fall season is the busiest of the year and I’ve had many clients on a booking list for these months for some time. If you are looking to schedule an appointment in 2011, I have some November and December availability. Please note that I shoot portraits Monday – Friday, both morning and afternoon appointments. My last shooting date of 2011 will be December 8th. If you have a Groupon that expires on Jan. 8th, 2012, please contact me to discuss.

Hi everyone!

A few updates:

• We have been working with a Google specialist on our email issue. Many Groupon emails have been going to our spam folder. Due to our high ranking in Google, we get about 200 emails in the spam folder per day. It’s much better than it was, but still a challenge. Please call me if you believe your email has been overlooked
• At times our voicemail system has become overloaded and will give a full message even when it is emptied. Please give the system a couple hours to reset if you encounter this. Also, we’ve had about 14 voicemails that have been blank static. If your call was not returned, please try me again.
• The Fall schedule is very busy. I’m full for October appointments. I have a few remaining September and November dates available. Please contact me soon if you want a Fall session.
• December 8th will be my last shooting day of 2011. I will resume portrait sessions the 2nd week of January 2012. I will begin booking January in early December. If you have a Groupon that expires on January 8th 2012, please contact me no later than December 8th 2012 to discuss.
